There are two connection methods for RJ connectors, one is the direct connection method, and the other is the method of interspersing wires. Both methods need to comply with two specifications: EIA/TIA-568-A and EIA/ TIA-568-B.
568A’s wiring order from left to right is: white green, green, white orange, blue, white blue, orange, white brown, brown.
568B is arranged in order from left to right: white orange, orange, white green, blue, white blue, green, white brown, brown.
The interspersed wire refers to a 568A standard twisted pair at one end and a 568B standard twisted pair at the other end, and a straight connection refers to a 568A or 568B standard twisted pair at both ends.
